Dear Neighbors and Community Supporters,
The Bent Tree West Homeowners Association, in partnership with the Bent Tree West Swim & Tennis Center, is excited to bring our neighborhood together for National Night Out on Tuesday, October 6, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. outside the BTW Swim & Tennis Center.
National Night Out is an annual community-building initiative that promotes positive relationships between neighbors and local first responders. This family-friendly evening will give residents an opportunity to connect with one another, meet representatives from the Dallas Police Department and Dallas Fire-Rescue, and enjoy food, music, games and activities.
FOOD & FUN

We will also have complimentary gourmet popsicles from Frios Gourmet Pops, a bounce house, raffles and a DJ—all generously sponsored by your fellow Bent Tree West neighbors!

HELP SUPPORT THE EVENT
The HOA is helping fund the event, and residents, households and local businesses are invited to help us create a welcoming and enjoyable evening for our community:
RESIDENT AND HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT
Contributions of any amount are appreciated and will help provide refreshments, activities, entertainment and event supplies. Suggested contribution levels include:
- Neighbor Contribution — Any amount under $50
- Supporting Household — $50–75
- Community Builder — $100 and up
Every Bent Tree West household is welcome to attend and participate, regardless of whether it makes a contribution. Contributors may choose to be included in a collective neighborhood thank-you or remain anonymous.
LOCAL BUSINESS SUPPORT
Businesses serving Bent Tree West and the surrounding community may support the event through a monetary contribution, an in-kind donation, a door prize or assistance with a particular event need. Suggested opportunities include:
- Community Contributor — Any amount up to $250
- Neighborhood Activity Supporter — $350
- Community Event Supporter — $500 or more
- In-Kind Contribution of Goods or Services
- Door Prize or Gift Card
Current needs include children’s activities, door prizes, food and refreshments, music and entertainment, bottled water, ice, paper goods, printing and event supplies.
Participating businesses will receive appropriate acknowledgment through Bent Tree West HOA communications and/or at the event. Select businesses that provide a useful community resource or activity may also be invited to host a small information table with advance HOA approval.

After submitting the form, payment instructions for making your contribution will appear on the confirmation page. Please ensure to follow those instructions in order to complete your contribution.
